I bring over 28 years experience in enforcement including 18 years undertaking prosecution duties within the District Court jurisdiction.

 

Following my retirement from the New Zealand Police, I attended law school at the University of Canterbury where my professional focus shifted to Employment Law.

 

For the past 10 years I have practised exclusively as an Employment Law Advocate through Independent Case Analysis Limited, representing both employers and employees across a broad range of employment matters.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based analysis, procedural fairness and early, realistic assessment of case merit.
